Viral Marketing Strategies

Viral marketing is a type of marketing every company would like to get, but very few actually achieve it. If you’re to put it into a definition, I would say Viral marketing is a marketing technique that induces web sites or users to pass on a marketing message to other sites or users, creating a potentially exponential growth in the message’s visibility and effect. For example, both Hotmail and YouTube experienced viral marketing in their early introductory stage in the market. When they were introduced, both Hotmail and YouTube became wildly popular, once someone saw the capabilities of these products

Benefits of Outsourcing

There are many benefits of outsourcing for individuals and companies (both small and large). Are you happy with your bank?

Are you happy with your bank? I know I’m really happy with my bank, they do a good job. I wish more banks were like Citi. Every time I make a visit to the bank to make an in person deposit or withdrawal they know me by my first name and say, “Hello Mr. Kneifl, how are you today?” I think this is excellent customer service and I would be willing to bet many banks don’t know all of their local customers by name. Maybe the good ones know a lot of their customers by names, but not all of
