Excellent book. Focuses on sales methods and sales strategy throughout the book. Also, it has a lot of case studies that are extremely helpful. The signs in the zoo and the new coke were some of my

favorite things he wrote about. This book also talks about the powers of marketing and psychology and how they can work together to make products seem more attractive. You should pick this book up!
